This is a very important step, you don’t use your link properly then company won’t be able to track your pay.

They will give a link to you based on your registration, which will carry your id. So, when you place you advertisement to give destination URL as this link, you will get paid according to the terms and conditions of that company. Few companies pay you, if the customer registers on their website or if they purchase from their website and some pay for both. Sometimes, you cannot join the affiliate program directly. You will go through the advertising company. In that case you will earn a part of the commission. There will cookies placed on the customer when clicks on the advertisements and these will remain active for specific period, which defers from company to company. So, you get the commission when the customer comes back, within that active period.
  • In simple words, Here you advertise the company’s product with your money and earn the commission, whenever customer buys the product by clicking on your advertisement.

  • Everybody shops online, everything online! Obviously there will be competition to sell. Now coming to the point, Since it is so popular there are lot of competitors to one keyword. The price of the keyword rises and some company even compete to come to 2nd, 3rd, 4th positions….. and so on.

How to get cheaper keywords?

Google AdWords is itself the answer for this question, Now that I have already told you how to use the Google Keyword Tool. In this Google Keyword Tool you can search the word which links to your product or the website. Obviously whatever you see in the Google search bar are being paid already.
  • If you have a website and you wanna promote it, go for a word which directs towards your website and is the commonly used word for the search. Come on there are millions of people not everyone will use the same word right. Just make use of this.
  • Try different combinations of keyword instead of single word. For example: health drink, healthdrink, healthdrinks, health drinks, goodhealth drink, good health drink, good health drink, nutrients rich drink… and so on. You will find a phrase or a word which gets sufficient clicks but no advertisers have bid for the keyword. Pick such keyword, give the lowest bid per click and start posting you advertisement.
  • There are some key words like “free, a” are not recognized by the Google search engines, research about such words, which are excluded by the Google Search engines and don’t include in your advertisement.
  • Try some slang which is commonly used by the local people, if you are targeting a particular population, this will be very helpful.
  • You can also try to include some common mistakes while typing, but it’s purely luck!
  • You can choose the option, where you can set your advertisement to be shown only if there is an exact match of the keyword or phrase. I would strongly suggest you to be very specific, do not unnecessarily get clicks.
  • You can try to put a Keyword in their language to get your Advertisement clicked more. For example: For Germany use German. For this you need to learn German, should have a very good German friend.
Do not buy a very costly keyword of a lesser price thinking your ad will come. It will come but its position will be very low.

Google AdWords Mechanics

Now that you are well aware of the terminology, let’s start experimenting. You will understand better, if you follow my instructions.

  • Open this link in a new page: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
  • This link will take you to Google AdWords page. Here you can type any keyword of your choice and fill those characters as shown in the box and click on “Get Keyword Ideas”. There will be a list of many words matching your search, showing Competition, Search volume of the current month, Average search volume… Now you have to click on the Show/Hide column, there select “show estimated Ad Position” and “show Estimated Average Cost Per Click”. When you click the later one there will currency set to your country preferences, if you want you change it or just leave it. I would prefer “US DOLLARS” to change click on the type of currency you want and then click “Recalculate”.
  • Before you go ahead for bidding the keyword, I would suggest you to pick a phrase instead of a keyword, usually not many would have picked the phrase. So, you can place your own bid even $0.1 per click. Now select the keyword to want to bid for and you will be prompted to signup, go ahead sign up and place your ad wherever you want. When you bid for the keyword you can see the position of your ad more the bid better the position.
  • Once done with all these you will get the page where you will have to add heading to your ad and description of your advertisement and destination is the web address where your customer is redirected and the home page that has to be same you cannot redirect the page, According to Google AdWords Policies.

Google AdWords:

Google AdWords is the program from Google where you can advertise your product/website/Scheme. Whatever may be your budget! You can advertise on Google! Advertising on Google is not that cheap, knowing how popular it is! But that is what Google is offering you. This is what Google says but the best part is that, the budget for your advertisement can be fixed by you; Google doesn’t ask you to pay any specified amount. Sometimes you can advertise for almost free, Surprised! Yes it’s true, I will tell you how? but before that you got to understand about Google AdWords completely. Let’s start with an example.

For example: Think you are promoting a health drink, named “Health Dose” now whenever someone types Health drink on Google search bar, there will be lot of sponsored links on the right side of the search list. You would have seen many, if you would have searched something in Google, In case you have not noticed go back and see. Whenever somebody clicks on these Ad’s Google Gets paid.
Now! Hoping that you have seen those links, I will explain the mechanics involved in Google AdWords. The links you see on the right side of the screen, in the search page are sponsored links, are those who pay to Google for being there, in that position. Now to understand, I will introduce you to few terms which are used in Google AdWords

Keyword: Keyword/s is the single word or a phrase which people regularly use to search for the product they want to buy/know about.
For example: Your product is a health drink! Isn’t it. So, when the customer wants to buy a health drink online or wants to know which is better he will type “best health drink”, “good health drink”, “cheapest health drink” and so on… In this example the keyword can be a word like “cheap, good, best...” but this is not specific to your product. The specific one will be “health drink or healthdrink”. Remember keyword can be a phrase also.

Estimated Average Cost Per Click
: This is the amount of money the advertiser pays for the each click on their Ad. This you can see in whatever currency you want, just change the currency and click on “Recalculate”

Approximate Search Volume
: Is the Average number of people who search for this keyword, it’s the total number of people searching for this keyword. Google will show you the number of people last month and you can also see which month there was maximum search. You can also restrict to particular region(s), if you are planning to direct your ad to particular region(s). Here I would like to mention that this is the number of Total people searched for this particular keyword and not everyone will click on your advertisement but more the number, more the clicks you get. It is all left to you! how you planning to advertise.

Estimated Ad Position
: This is the position of ad, in the Google sponsored list for a particular keyword. This depends on how much you are bidding for the keyword and the Quality. Yes, you heard me right! You have to bid for the keyword but I still say that you can advertise for free, in the later sections I will explain how?

How to calculate the earnings?

How to calculate the earnings?
Before I start explaining about the calculation, I would like to introduce you to few terminology involved in Google Ad sense.

Page Impressions:

Page Impressions, in simple words! This is the number of times your page had been viewed by the people. This is the actual meaning! But to tell in terms of Google, This is number of times your webpage’s containing “Google Ad sense code”, has been viewed by the people.
For example: Imagine your website has 70 pages in it, and in each page you have added about 1 Google ad sense code. Now if your website has been viewed by 10 people per day, with average of 10 page views (page views are the number of pages each visitor views among your 70 pages). Then your Total page impressions will be 10x10x1 = 100 per day (as you have one Google Ad sense code per page).
So, every time your page has been visited, your page impressions increase which in turn increases the chance of your page getting clicked. More the clicks, more the revenue.

Once again Page Impressions is the number of times your Google AdSense code has been displayed on your webpage.

Clicks:

Clicks are the number of times your Google ads are being clicked upon. The more clicks you get more the revenue you get out of your website.

CTR: Click Through Rate:

“Click Through Rate” is the ratio between the number of clicks your ads get among the total Page Impressions. This will be your site’s CTR, this expressed in terms of percentage.
In simple words it’s the percentage of clicks your ads will get among the total page views
For example: Your average page view is 100 as per the above example and your clicks, imagining it’s about 10 per day. Your CTR is 10÷100x100 = 10% per day.

Page eCPM:

This is the Terminology to express the effectiveness of your website. In simple words this is the “Cost Per Thousand Impressions” you get from your website.
For example: Imagine if you have more than one website, then it will be easier to compare the revenue like – the money you get from 1st is $100 and the 2nd is $85. So, this is the way of expressing the money earned from thousand impressions on your website that’s all.

Now! Let’s talk business…
Actually Google doesn’t mention any where about the percentage of revenue they are sharing with you, though you can calculate your cost per click of your add
For example: you have earned $5 per day, w.r.t the above example.
The cost per click is “Money earned ÷ Number of clicks” that is $5÷10 = $0.5

All the above terms will be displayed in your Google AdSense account, and the example what I gave is all calculated for per day just multiply it by 30 for conversion to month.

How much can you earn? How many websites should I submit?

How much can you earn? How many websites should I submit?

Actually, it is too tough to tell how many websites, how much you will earn! Because the amount of money depends on the number of clicks and the number of clicks depends on the number of visitors your websites have, and in the last but the most important one is your article, remember your article will do the magic. It is the article what, your customers are interested in! Not the advertisements that will be published in your website.

Hmmm! I feel if you have a website which earns about 50$ per day you can have around 2-3 websites which will earn you about $3000-$4500 per month.

How to increase the traffic?

  • Now that you have started the website, with your basic design, You will have to register to either Google Webmaster tools or the Google Analytics. Here Google will give the information you want, from your website. Like from which region your webpage’s have been visited more, that is if you are interested in targeting the specific population. How many times your webpage’s have been opened and how is bounce rate. These tools will give you the precise details about the each page viewed if there is any missing links or the page where the people are interested more in… This will help you to target the advertisements and to correct any mistakes in your pages.
These tools also help you know the reports of your ad sense advertisements, like how many times its been clicked, the number of times its been displayed in your webpage and so on. This will help you calculate your earnings.
  • You have to make sure that your website is shown in the Google search list, when somebody types the particular key words related to your website.
  • Its not easy to come to one of the ten websites, to reach there your ranking in the Google index has to improve. To do this you have to submit your URL to friends and family ask them to spread the URL and Use your URL as your email signature while forwarding email to anyone, if your content is good they will come back again and again. That if you keep updating it regularly. Please don't expect people to come again again to read the same stuff again and again.
And one more way to spread the URL is submit your URL to forums like www.Technorati.com, www.readit.com, www.submiturl.com, www.inserturl.com, the biggest one is www.socialmarker.com. You can find such forums and submit your url there.

Submit the website to Google AdSense! What is the criterion?

Submit the website to Google Ad sense! What is the criterion?

To submit your site to Google Ad sense, you have to keep your site activated for at least six months. Before that I don’t think that Google is going to approve but if you feel that your site is complete and is also getting enough traffic you can submit it anyways, give it a try because Google is not going to backlist your website. You are always free to apply again and again. This what they sent to me when my submission was not approved.

Actually! Google doesn’t publish the conditions for the approval, of the website for Google AdSense. So, nobody can tell what the criterion for the approval. The only way to get that information is by sharing others experience, and learning from their mistake. Not everything what others tell will lead to a clear cut answer but you will surely come to a conclusion.

For example:
  • I had a website which just launched three days before I submitted for the approval, it got canceled. The reason quoted was the site should be active for at least six months.
  • Then, I submitted one more website for the approval, after the period of six months from its launch. It was about content now, they dint approve it telling that the content is not acceptable.
There is lot of such errors I got: like the website is still under construction, this happens if the pages are not linked properly. Create a good website and design it properly, in the beginning go for the simple design, later you can work on improving the looks gradually. Do not waste much time on designing! Work on your article first, then go for the design, as I dint find it easy to design the website easier.
In case! If you work on the design first, then you will be spending too much time on your website design and though you finish your design, you cannot launch your website! as there is no content for your website. So, get an article publish it and slowly step by step improve your design.
Once you have your article done then you will have plenty of time to learn new things and do small corrections and if you are bad at writing there websites who are ready to give you the content, the article! Approach such websites and try to get an article.

How does Google Adsense work? How to get more revenue from Google Adsense?

How to submit your website?

Go to www.google.com, search for Google Adsense it will 1st or the 2nd page, click that you will get an option to sign up. There you sign up with your website and once you are done with the sign up process, they will send you an email whether your website is approved or not. Most probably you will get the email within 2-3 days.

How to get more revenue from Google Adsense?

Once you have got Google Adsense account then will have the access to advertisements which are approved to your website. Though Google decides what ads to give, as an owner of the website you will have the right to choose the most relevant ads among the relevant ads chosen by the Google. It’s obvious you will know better about your website! You can block the ads which are interfering with your profits like sometimes in the business websites the ads you get is from your competitors.
You can place your ads where ever you want but place it such a position where you get more clicks because more clicks means more money. Place it strategically, the ads place should be more relevant to the topic the visitor is reading instead of placing it everywhere, on every page.
Don’t make the ads say “Hey, look at me I am an ad please don’t click on me”! Confused, many pick the banners and picture ads a lot, but don’t do that. If your ad is more of a text kind pick the pictures and banners, if it’s already with lot of pictures then pick text based ads. And make sure the ads look like they are a part of website ok!
And make your website perfect! Don’t leave any missed links in between. Update your website’s content as regularly as possible! This will attract more readers and subscribers. It’s your small updates in your website will bring you huge profits.
Have the track of your all Adsense ads and the revenue coming from them. So, that you plan your further upgrades in the Google Adsense. You can keep changing the ads.

How does Google Adsense work? Why does Google pay to the website owners?

Google is the world’s best search engine! Everybody knows that. People use it to extent that they type the URL also in the search bar instead in a address bar. How lucky is Google! Anyways your question was why Google pays you?
As I mentioned Google is the best search engine, the number of visitors, more than visitors! The number of people using Google is innumerable. Now to advertise on such a website the company doesn’t mind paying huge amounts per click. You can see by it yourself in Google Adwords, Here company pays, more precisely bids on the keywords. More you bid higher your ad position in the search list under sponsored ads. Now just last time when you searched in Google searcher bar, how many sponsored ads showed up. Remember they have not just bought the keyword they placed bids on that and the bid changes regularly depending on the market. This is how Google makes huge profits.

For example Hmmm! Take Dell Computers! Everybody knows about Dell Computers it is known by the people all round the world. Imagine how many people search for word dell in Google search bar in a day, thousands! May be a millions too! Now the bid for keyword “Dell” is very high as there are lots of competitors for that keyword. So, when the customer or anyone searches for the keyword “Dell” there are lots of search pages and there are some sponsored pages also, whenever they click on the sponsored link Google gets paid. Now just think like that how many keywords Google is getting paid for and Google improves their reach by your website so they pay a part of their revenue to you!

Google Adsense

Google Adsense:

For people who have their own website!

As Google tells it’s the advertising program (advertising with sense), where your website will be used for advertisement. Here the Google website analyzes your website and then gives ad’s which are relevant to your website.

For example, if you have a website which is about Health and fitness, where you teach people how to go exercise, the ways to diet…! what to eat! And when you submit your website to Google Adsense Program, they will analyze your website and will provide you with relevant advertisements (like Nutritional Supplements, Gym.. and so on). They give you the advertisements which are sponsored by the other internet marketing company. So, when somebody visits your website and clicks on that advertisement a part of the revenue is credited to you. At the same time, the visitors to your website will be convinced with the service that your website is providing them and your business has a good growth.

If you don’t have a website and want to make money from Google then you write a good article about the topic you like the most or you would like to write to about! Then host your website, design it and then submit it for Google Adsense. I exactly cannot tell how much to write, about 30 to 40 articles, each containing about 5000 words will be sufficient enough I feel.

These advertisements work on the basis of “Pay Per Click” and Google Adwords principle. The sponsored ads are paying to Google for the each click they get, and Google will pay a part of that to you. Once you have opened your Google Adsense account, all you have to do is copy the advertisement code from your account and paste it in your webpage, where ever you want the ad to appear on your webpage. It is very simple to do this, the toughest part is to get your website approved. Not all websites are accepted by the Google, they are smart they know what, quality website content is and a junk website content is. So, it’s your content of the website which will get your website approved nothing else.
Benefits of writing a good article: you will have good traffic, it will be genuine material, will get easily approved by the Google. So, the key is a good “Article”.

Conditions for your website to get approved by the Google Adsense Program
  • Your website should be active for at least six months, only then your website will be approved.
  • Your website should have a good traffic that means the visitors to your website should be constant and they should be in a good number.
  • You will have good traffic only if your content is good. In the above example if the website is about Health and fitness, then you should have a good material for your customers to attract.
  • Website should be good looking and complete or else there will be visitors but only for few seconds. “First impression is the best impression” don’t miss an opportunity to impress them.
  • Then rest are very necessary, you should have the right to edit your websites. The website should be yours.
  • Your website should not have any PORNOGRAPHIC, ILLEGAL WEAPONS, Copyright Material…. And so on, I would suggest you to go to Google website and read the policies by yourself.
  • Google Adsense for those who don’t have a website:
  • There are many people who don’t have a website but want to make some money online then search for websites who will provide you with free website and then you can write on a topic which you love/know the most. It’s necessary you pick the topic you know because you can write more and write things which most of them don’t know. As I told before Google is smart they won’t pay you simply they are paying a part of their revenue, so they will make sure that there is quality content in the website.
  • In the end I still advice everyone to have their own website. Hmmm! All the hard work you are going to put should not go waste.

How to make money online? Does it really work?

Hmmm! I had the similar questions before and after years of trial and error, I have learnt lot of things.....
I will start by listing the types of jobs available for making money online

  • Google adsense.
  • Google adwords.
  • Google blogs.
  • Google pages but they have removed from free sign up...
  • Blogging.
  • Affiliate marketing, Internet marketing... Advertising, Publishing.
  • Paid to click, Paid to read emails, Paid to fill forms.
  • Paid surveys.
  • Online data entry.
Still there may be lots in the internet but these are very popular among the people.

First thing i want to say about online money making is as they say its easy and hardly takes about five minutes or at the most about 20 mins. Its true that it takes about only 20 mins to do the actual work but it takes days to decide what to do! So, as they tell its easy to earn but not a six figure salary but a limited amount which you will get after 2-3 months.

Every month getting a salary kind from internet is very tough and from one plan is almost impossible but if you make it you profession then probably you can get some gross money. but as a part time job you expecting about $100-$200 is tough at least I could not make it , may be you can. So, I am sharing my experience with you guys and one more thing was i started from scratch, no websites, no investment....

There some opportunities like Google adsense, Google adwords, yahoo and some search engines which will pay you. for that you will have to add some ad's which they will offer you after reviewing the content of your website. this what even you will know from Google adsense but what you should know is that your website content should be very good and it should have a very good traffic, but if you starting from scratch then you will have to think about the topic, about which you can write about 75 pages, able to solve some doubts of your content reader when they post comments. After this you will have to register an domain name for your topic to host it online, then a website to host it... all this will cost you dollars. Once you come to this stage its a bit easier all you have to do is try to increase the traffic to your website and after 6 months you can apply for Google adsense ( Most of the times Google doesn't approve before six months). You can open the website for free and host it for free but think after so much hard work, without a intimation your website is removed then all what you did is gone in thin air. So, I personally prefer your own website.

Google adwords is a gamble like you have find out which product you want to promote and bid for the keywords in the Google adwords, here you will be paying for clicks your ad gets to the Google this is place is Google is making money like crazy.

Affiliate Marketing: Here again if you have the website you can place some advertisements and promote the product and earn commissions.

Paid survey even this works but you get surveys worth about $10 but very rarely you get the survey. There is minimum payout for every website they won’t immediately credit your account with money. Usually it’s above $100. So, it will take a long while to get that money…

Paid to click: Here you get paid for the click, yes! You will be mailed some ad’s which you will have open and click and keep it on for a particular time. This sounds seriously good isn’t it! Just click and grab lots of money no… that’s not possible you will be paid about $0.01 to $0.5 per ad and you will get only 4-6 ad’s per day, to the max about 15 ad’s but that’s very rare. But they do Pay, not all but the authentic one’s do pay.
